I became a lawyer because…

- I have always been an avid reader.  As a child I used to get in trouble for hiding books in my desk in math class.  I've also always loved a challenge.  I was drawn to becoming a lawyer because it gave me the chance to put those skills into use while helping people in need of employment related legal advice.

What I like most about the law is…

It is constantly changing, but still provides a strong framework of rules.  This means that I never stop learning, and it never gets dull.  It's a rewarding pursuit that allows me to help others.

Favorite Quote:

- "Fight for the things you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you."  Ruth Bader Ginsburg

When not at work I enjoy:

- Reading (usually history books), volunteering, cross stitching, ballet, swimming, decorating, and listening to music.
